I had the privilege of spending extra time with my Mother for a few days last week while my sister was out of town. I was sitting in their living room one evening working on my new e-book. My Mother went out to sit on the screened back porch and was sitting in front of the window I was facing. I noticed that she was alternating between rocking in her wicker rocker and doing her arm exercises. I couldn’t help but smile. She is quite an amazing woman and still strives to be her best.

It warms my heart to observe the life, love and enjoyment she has. Her body is kind of feeble now, which is to be expected after living more than 92 full years. Her spirit, however, is very much alive and well.

She gives me encouragement to live my life with all the energy and strength I have. What are you doing each day to be your best and guarantee that you are living . . . life to the fullest?
