MY PURPOSE IS YOU!

I found that my life purpose is helping other people find their life purpose. As I searched myself and began to understand my strengths and passion, I found my sweet spot. I feel most alive when I am helping someone else delve into their own feelings and desires and begin to truly see themselves. Then to guide them into developing their plan and following it through is an awesome thrill for me! After working in the administrative support field for years, I decided I wanted more so I stepped far out of my comfort zone and took my first ever college course at the age of 39. I graduated almost 10 years later with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. After more than 32 years of service, I retired from my full-time position at a large university in Alabama where I was a Personnel Generalist. I assumed this role after doing administrative work for 22 years at the university. Prior work experience included assisting attorneys in a law firm and managing small accounts for an accounting firm. My career in Human Resources was a sweet spot for me. I enjoy working with people and it is a pleasure to assist people in personal growth as an employee. This position gave me the opportunity to share motivational and success principles, as well as coach individual employees.
