We’ve all heard the old saying, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.  You notice that it says “when,” not “if.”  The ups and downs of life are going to come.

Instead of getting upset when you experience a difficulty, why not maintain the mindset that those times will come and have a plan in place for when they do.  Be proactive.  Immediately determine what you can do to turn that difficulty into good.

The British author, Leigh Hunt, said it this way:  “Whenever evil befalls us, we ought to ask ourselves, after the first suffering, how we can turn it into good.  So shall we take occasion, from one bitter root, to raise perhaps many flowers.”

Decide now to turn problems into blessings so you can live . . . your life to the fullest.
