Most people didn’t think so.  Doctors said it couldn’t be done.  What do you think?

That is what makes the difference, you know.  What you think.  Roger Bannister didn’t listen to what the doctors had said.  He just did it.  Doctors had said the human heart would explode from the exertion.  Roger Bannister proved them wrong.  He was the first to run a mile in less than four minutes according to historical records.

The most interesting thing about this amazing feat that occurred in 1954?  Someone else did it six weeks later.  And then there were others.  Human capacity to perform didn’t change.  The belief of the person is what changed.

Not planning to run a mile?  That’s OK.  What are you planning to do?  Even more importantly, what would you like to do that doesn’t have a plan attached?  The person who dreams of a better life but does not actually believe they can have it, won’t even bother to make a plan.   As Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.”

That life you want . . .  IS it possible?  Get your thinking right so you can live . . . YOUR life to the fullest.
