Have you been there?  Just trudging along doing the same thing day after day.  There is nothing really wrong, per se.  Just blah, mundane, boring.

While some things need to be done day in and day out, the attitude with which we do these things makes such a difference.  Simply changing something can change everything.

Going to work is one thing that can become drudgery.  Simply going a different route to work or occasionally treating yourself to a drive-thru Starbucks visit can brighten the way.

Washing dishes and doing laundry – the things that must be done regularly – sometimes feel like a never-ending chore.  I find that reminding myself how thankful I am to have dishes to wash, clothes to care for and a house to clean helps me to appreciate the task.

It is incredibly important to do something just for you once in awhile.  You work hard to take care of and provide for your family.  Set aside time for a night out with your spouse, a pedicure or just a walk through the neighborhood.

In a rut?  Make a change, treat yourself, live . . . your life to the fullest.
