One hundred sixty-eight.  Why is that number significant?

There are 168 hours in a week.  Approximately 56 of those hours are used for sleeping, which leaves 112 hours.  What are you doing with those hours?  Is what you are doing meaningful?  Are you making good use of the time, or wasting it?

Time is the one thing you can’t get more of.  If you squander it away, you can never get it back.

Make sure the time in your life brings significance to you, and to others.  Do something that makes a difference.  Something that is worth remembering.

Use your time wisely so you can live . . . your life to the fullest.
