A human is a human is a human.  Each person is a unique and special individual.  Wait!  Which one is it?

Both, of course.  I am amazed by the human body and how it functions.  So many intricate details.  Tiny, minute parts that are required to make the whole function properly.  And all the parts are tied together in unexpected ways!  Most of us are born with the same internal organs and the necessary hands, feet, eyes and ears.  We have a brain that thinks, emotions that feel and a mouth to share it all.  We need food, water and sleep to live.

Yet, each of us is different.  We don’t look the same.  We are not the same size.  We don’t have the same color eyes or hair.  Our bodies don’t respond the same to food and medications.  We don’t act the same.  We are each born with a unique personality and different natural capabilities.

We process every thought through both our uniqueness and our experiences.  That, in my opinion, is what we must be most aware of.

We are all human and we need to value each other as such.  We are all unique and we need to appreciate and respect those differences.  Awareness that we were created uniquely and have lived differently goes a long way in respecting each other.

What a blessing to be a human being!  Appreciate that and live . . . your life to the fullest.
