Life is full of responsibility and at times, struggles and stresses.  Our bodies and emotions were not created to live under the constant pressure of nonstop stress.  That is why it is vital that we occasionally take a break.

A simple afternoon outing or a short day-trip can help a lot.  But, if you have a chance to get away for a week at the beach – even better!

If we don’t occasionally allow ourselves some true downtime, the consequences will eventually catch up with us.  We may not even recognize the negative effects until we experience the benefit of the break.

If you don’t intentionally take a fun break, you may be forced to take break that is not fun.

Take care of yourself so you can live . . . your life to the fullest.
