You know it’s coming.  You are aware of the deadline and the number of days you have before it is time.  Did you make the right choice?

Have you ever stressed and pushed and stayed up late the night before to get something done?  Have you ever thought, “this would have been great, but I just don’t have time to get that part done?”  Have you heard these words come out of your mouth, “I should have started preparing earlier?”  “It will just have to be what it is.  I am out of time.”  If so, that probably means you did not make the right choice.

Possibly you have been on the other side of that scenario.  Instead of doing other important, yet not time-bound tasks, you designated an hour per day to work toward this big project.  You held yourself accountable and protected that hour.  You were able to review the completed project, realize what would make it better, and then implement the improvements.  When the day came, you felt confident that you had done your best.  Such satisfaction.  Yes, you were prepared.

Preparation brings peace of mind.  Be prepared so you can live . . . your life to the fullest.
