This enemy tells you that you can’t.  He tells you that no matter what you do, it will never be enough.  You cannot be anything more than you currently are, so trying is a waste of time and energy.  You are not smart enough or capable of doing what you really want to do.  You might as well put it out of your mind and be content where you are.

Fear stops you in your tracks.  It holds you back and prevents you from making improvements in your life.  It keeps you from growing and blooming into that beautiful person you were intended to be.

The good news is that you have a choice.  You can believe what fear tells you, or, you can recognize what is true.  The truth?

Fear only has control over you to the extent you allow.  Hope, on the other hand, offers you the courage to defeat this enemy.  This defeat occurs only when you change your thinking.

As Henry Ford stated, “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.”

Choose to trust Hope, NOT  Fear so you can live . . . your life to the fullest.
