We all have problems from time to time. Most are eventually resolved. Even those that seem to go on and on, we manage to survive. The process of working through issues and overcoming obstacles actually causes us to grow. That, my friend, is a good thing!
There is one kind of difficulty, however, that is an ongoing struggle for many people. That is the one that never arrives.
Worry reduces the joy and fulfillment in life more than most anything else. “What if this happens” or “what if that doesn’t happen” or . . . . The truth is that most things we spend our time and energy worrying about never actually come to pass. The valuable, limited resource of time and effort is totally wasted when we worry.
Instead of senseless worry, learn to trust that life happens for you. Expect good things. We usually get what we expect.
Don’t worry; live your life to the fullest.
