Do you have a goal you are working to achieve? I recently discovered one of the most important ways to help yourself do that. I found it at the gym . . .
I have been working out regularly for quite some time now. However, last week held several issues that contributed to my working out only once. I could really feel the result of that while I was at the gym today! It just took a lot more effort to do what I usually do. Extra strain on the muscles. Less energy. More determination was required.
I immediately recognized the problem. Missing workout sessions, along with not eating the healthiest of foods over the weekend, is what caused the difference. Inconsistency.
When I do the usual workout sessions and eat the healthy food, workout time is much more enjoyable. I am also able to push forward and increase weight or reps.
Consistent action is key to achieving the desired result.
So, do you want to achieve your goal? Then consistently do the things that will get you there. That, my friend, is when you will be able to live . . . your life to the fullest.
